You, you, it's, it's amazing. You know what they did? And some of 'em didn't like me. You take small little incremental steps of exposing yourself to more risk until you don't need to keep your hands on the wall anymore. I think that our, as, as human beings, we need purpose. Every, everyone walk away. And, and, um, and I hope that my daughter respects me. And we all love to feel sorry for ourselves on occasion. No, no. John Rzeznik: Like, like I think Thatt, uh, PTSD in, you know, the civilian population, it's a little bit overdiagnosed I think because I'm like, I'm like, well, maybe I do have p PTSD because, you know, I don't know. Or what would you have wanted your legacy to be? I, right now, they, they have their problems. And, and you know, you, you gotta have, you gotta have some, some ego to get up on stage in front of people or you, you know, you, and you gotta have, I'm not gonna call it ego, I'm gonna call it what it is, balls to do what you did. That hasnt changed about me, but if you mention, Gee, wouldnt it be nice if everyone could go and see a doctor? suddenly youre branded a socialist whos ruining the country. I will say that post-traumatic stress can lead to growth, though post traumatic growth. John Rzeznik: And that's what it is. Mike Sarraille: Like, people are down welcome dose. They're like, I've never had this and now I belong to this, this group, regardless if they're a criminal organization or, or, or, or nonprofit. John Rzeznik: And you know, it's, and those are the kind of challenges that we have to do. So I had to, Now it took a while because I am an addict and I, you know, and I always will be, but when it finally got to a point, we were all out at dinner one night and one of the guys in the band was texting one of the other guys in the band, Where are we gonna go after John leaves? It's like, you don't have a choice, man. Cuz I was so toxic myself, you know? Help me to help me get through this period. And I, and I let him get in my head.
